Create sensations that can be always remembered was our dream. In 1988, we took the first
steps in this direction. Searching and selecting of our Lands’ products. The bondiolas
piacentinas, salamis and bacons are matured during months in our cellar. The pastas are
made by us with biological flours.
In “Taller Del Gusto”, we love hospitality, our kitchen’s simplicity traditions and the
good reception of our guests.
“Gourmet, l`Officina del gusto” organizes receptions, celebrations in general and
congresses, in location chosen by the clients and in places as castles and villas. We
have in Piacenza, to 3 km autosole, a prestige country farm, reconstructed with garden
and an octagonal structure of good taste which is lost in the green.
