Fonda de St.Clara´s restaurant opened its doors for the 1st time on the 13th of september 1965, in the 3rd poniente 307, in this Puebla de los Angeles ,a classic place for all the Poblanos.
It was founded by Mrs Alicia Torres de Araujo, culta y entrepeneurship woman that has dedicated the major part of her life to preserve the traditions,values and the cultural and artistic heritage of our country ,mainly here in our beloved Puebla.
