Savoring a steak from Cabaña Las Lilas is an experience shared by many people every day highlighting in this way the traditional quality of Argentine meat.
The great effort required to produce such quality beef begins in the pampean grasslands, where for the last seventy years, we have been breeding the bulls who father the calves that are fattened to offer you this priviledge.
The long history of Las Lilas turned it into a nursery of red meats a cornerstone of all cattle enterprises, producing the best fathers to ensure the best offspring.
Having become today “The Cabaña” among cabañas is a source of great pride for us. Looking back, we see a chain completed, from the “Champions’ Blood” as champions on the rings, in the rodeos, on the hooks and since 1995 in the platter.
We also have a very particular and important wine list. It's the only one in Argentina with 560 wines brands, both red and white made in this country.
It's easy to read and very educational in a way that provides a detail information of wines ( grapes, vintage, locations, producers ), and a complete description of the taste of each product made by our sommelier's team.
