New exhibitors from abroad

The largest industrial show in the Czech Republic and Central Europe will be of a very colourful international structure. Since the enlargement of EU ever more foreign participants have been coming to Brno and this year almost a hundred of new firms are registered which have not been to MSV yet.

Over four tens of newcomers will arrive from Germany, in particular to the IMT Exhibition, at which the German participation has been growing every year. This year German firms will occupy at least 4000 m2 of the exhibition space. Also Slovakia will have an enormous representation including twelve new participants. They are for instance firms Euro Technology (tube structures) in the branch Materials and components, SK Pružiny (Springs) - (connecting material), Spinea (gearboxes) or ZKL Kinex (bearings), for IMT then companies Aluma (lathes) and GT Systems (software) have been registered.
Austrian participation will be as usual high, in particular in the branch Materials and components for engineering. Six Austrian firms will be in Brno for the first time. The same number of newcomers will arrive from Poland whose participation will increase both in MSV and IMT. Newcomers are also expected among French, Italian, British, Belgian and other EU countries’ exhibitors.
This year higher interest is also shown by some more distant territories such as China, Canada etc. Motivation of their participation is clear: at MSV they will be looking for new opportunities on the perspective Czech and East-European markets, to which outstanding world producers of key branches, i.e. the automotive industry or electrical engineering, have been transferring their operations.
