From Saturday, November 24 to Tuesday, November 27, 2007, the Fourth Hotel and Restaurant Equipment Show will be held in Madrid You will find at HOREQ, the latest trends in products and services, within a commercial event, where the most important professionals will meet from the sectors of hotels, restaurants, cafeterias, bars, catering companies for groups, …from all over the Spain and from more than 48 foreign countries

Exhibition Sectors:

Manufacturers, importers and distributors of kitchens, laundry, cleaning services, vending equipment, commercial equipment, bottling processes, coffee and other food vending machines… The manufacturers will exhibit their wares in differentiated areas.
Software and management companies, safes and strong boxes, cash registers, sound equipment …
Companies devoted to furniture and decorating, linens and textiles, tables and household articles, bath articles, leisure time products, rest and relaxation and sports, other installations and other infra-structures and services for the Hotel and Restaurant sectors.
 
This trade fair has grown considerably, with a total of 833 companies participating in its last edition, 337 direct exhibitors, who occupied 17,521 m2 of net exhibition space, and a total of 16,050 trade visitors coming from Europe and all over Spain.

Horeq - A technological platform: An exhibition of a selection of highly interesting and innovating technological products and services and a very valuable competitive tool for the sector. It is carried out by the Instituto Tecnológico Hotelero, ITH.

The program of training activities: The extensive commercial activity of the trade fair will be enriched with HOREQ and its busy program of professional activities, intended to offer information and specialized training and guidance to the professional groups, to which the trade fair is directed.

Coinciding partially with HOREQ on Monday, the 26th, and Tuesday the 27th, this Convention will be held with a highly European orientation, whose main goal is to encourage the commercial development of the food and beverage industry within the Foodservice Channel.
Foodservice is a growing sector, undergoing continuous evolution, which becomes an ideal business opportunity for the entire food supply chain. In Spain, nowadays, one-third of food consumption takes place out of the home.
The foodservice went up in 2006 approximately 4.3 %. In other countries, like the United States, Eating out represents almost half of food consumption, with a continuously growing and expanding tendency.

EATIN’ OUT is a threefold business event: an Exhibition + Sheduled Commercial Meetings + an International Seminar and Workshops.
