Climatización will continue to grow at its year 2007 edition
The fair will feature a gross exhibition area measuring some 110,000 square metres
Between 28th February and 3rd March 2007, the halls at FERIA DE MADRID will host the staging of the twelfth edition of CLIMATIZACIÓN, the International Air-Conditioning, Heating, Ventilation and Refrigeration Exhibition. This event, organised by IFEMA and promoted by AFEC, the Association of Air-Conditioning Equipment Manufacturers, has become established on the international fair scene as one of the main trade meetings for the industry. The optimum results achieved at the last edition and the excellent business response recorded over the last few months have led the organisers to extend the exhibition space available at the next edition. In this respect, the fair will present a gross exhibition area measuring some 110,000 square metres. The extra 5,400 square metres have been provided by replacing Hall 5 with Hall 7. This change will permit the presentation of larger stands and a larger number of products. In actual fact, with still four months to go before the commencement of the fair itself, 95% of the exhibition space set aside for this edition has already been reserved. As is customary, the CLIMATIZACIÓN 2007 exhibition will revolve around three wide-ranging sections. First, we have the area that caters for the Air-Conditioning and Ventilation sector, whose products and services will be on show throughout Halls7, 8 and 10; second, visitors will find the Heating and Hot Water section in Halls 1, 2, 3, 4 and 7; finally, Refrigeration, Industrial and Commercial Cooling, Regulation, Control and Centralised Management, as well as Software and Applications for Installations and Related Services will all be presented in Halls 6 and 7. As at previous editions, the Tools and Instruments sector will be distributed throughout the various halls, depending on their applications for each segment. Another of the added-value aspects of CLIMATIZACIÓN is its simultaneous staging with GENERA 2007, the International Energy and Environment Fair, which will present the products and services of the energy industry at an integral exhibition, featuring the prominent participation of the solar energy segment. The air-conditioning industry is likely to be one of the great beneficiaries in the future of the progressive development of renewable energies within this field. This confirms the growing synergy between the two fairs and heightens the interest of professionals in this double event. FORO CLIMA Warms Up Based on the approach employed at its last edition, CLIMATIZACIÓN will bring together all of the conferences and coinciding activities that are due to take place within the framework of the fair at FORO CLIMA. At this informative forum professionals will have the opportunity to compare opinions and extend their knowledge and know-how regarding the most topical issues and aspects connected to the industry today. The organisers are currently producing the definitive programme which, among other aspects, will present an entire range of papers on the following topics: standardisation and regulations: the Technical Building Code (CTE), Regulations Regarding Heating Installations in Buildings (RITE), regulations on refrigerant gases ...; energy efficiency; the environment and sustainable development; systems, equipment and technology: innovation, domotics ...; the quality of installations and health: air quality, comfort, ventilation systems ...; renewable energies, and buildings management and maintenance. Innovation Gallery, a selection of the latest products of the industry Another of the established areas at CLIMATIZACIÓN is the Innovation Gallery, which, for the third consecutive edition, will present a selection of the most important new features and advances among all those that are presented at the fair. The Innovation Gallery will include all the latest products, solutions and services that testify to the research and development that is being carried out by companies within the industry. Its aim is to promote investment in R+ D and innovation within the air-conditioning, heating, ventilation and refrigeration sector, as well as to encourage the application of new technologies and design, etc., within these fields.
