Vertek Group was born in 1985 with the planning, construction and sale of painting equipments.
Today, after over twenty years of activity, the firm has grown and, diversifying the products, it has successfully entered even the principal overseas markets. Our principal prerogative is to supply new technology combined to the automation that allows the user to contain the workmanship costs and improve the quality of the product.

The application field of our firm is turned primarily to the painting and to the treatment of wooden windows and doors. To this purpose we build a vast range of machines including spraying equipments, painting spray booths, pressurized rooms, sucking benches, manual and automatic brushing machines, flow-coating for the automatic application of primer, manual and automatic painting conveyors, varnish recovery systems, reciprocating units, electrostatic painting system.

Since the technology in the painting sector of wooden windows is in continuous and constant evolution, Vertek Group tries to be to the footstep with the times studying machines and complete installations that treat the window among the workmanship and the assemblage phase trying to give greater flexibility and to increase the economic income of the same. Another argument very important for our company is the brushing of wooden manufactures. For many of the expert in this field this is still today a term disowned as this operation has become a complementary function to the finishing treatment of wooden surfaces only in the last years.
Developed as first employment in the field of windows, today these machines are able to make their work with percentages near to the 100% even in the most complex activities, as for example inside doors, small kitchen doors, pantographed panels and others. In this case we the surfaces to be treated are not completely flat and they cannot be worked from sanding machines, as these can work only on flat zones. All these operations are developed, even in the greatest Italian and foreign firms, nearly exclusively by hand.
Today we are able to brush the raw of any essence of wood. We are able to work with exceptional results on synthetic, polyurethanic, polyesters, sprinkle UV, and other primers arriving to have our manufactured articles as they were worked by hand, with the essential difference that this result has been obtained from a machine. To face the various requests of the market, we build and commercialize brushing machines that are able to find employment in all user’s categories, from the small artisan to the great firm, studied in the productive capacity, in the costs and in the different applications. Brushing finds today, unlike from some years ago, strong and always more prepared allies even in the producers of paint products, who have and are introducing in the market always more specific products able to be worked through these machines.
