We're a manufacturer of high-quality cheese products and we would like to introduce ourselves, starting with a short history of the company.
Our founder started up the company on his father's farm, producing just one kind of cheese and selling it in his own small shop on the farm. After a few years, he was so successful that he opened more shops and the small beginnings have now grown into a factory with 100 employees. We now have production facilities in Bavaria and Austria and sell cheese throughout Germany and various contries. We only use milk from cows raised on mountain farms in protected regions in Europe where they only feed on fresh grass or hay. We use the unpasteurised milk to produce different kinds of hard and semi-hard cheeses in a totally natural way free from preservatives. Our specialities include "König Ludwig's Käse” - called King's cheese - which tastes mildly aromatic and “König Ludwig Bierkäse” - called beer cheese - which is matured in dark beer. We've been granted a special licence from Prince Luitpold of Bavaria, a successor of the king, to make this cheese. It was these cheeses that were of great interest to visitors of all exhibitions throughout Europe and Oversea´s. Many years of our experience put us in a position to deliver high-quality products. The superiority of our products is guaranteed by using only the milk from cows which have been raised on mountain farms in protected regions in Europe and which have only been fed on fresh grass or hay. This top-quality unpasteurised milk is then used to produce hard and semi-hard cheeses in a totally natural way, free from preservatives. This gives our cheeses their distinctive taste which has become so popular with our customers. Our cheese production line has just been fitted with brand new, modern equipment which is operated by our highly trained staff. We are in a position to ripen 32 000 cheeses at a time, so delivery of large orders poses no problems.
