Improving of technology and working conditions in the forest considering profitability, environmental compatibility, safety and health.
Decision support for users through testing of foresttechnology Mediation between science, forestry and industry: scientific and test results as well as field experience in forest-technology are being processed and translated into action
Solutions for forest-technological questions of topical relevance
At our disposition are:
Central office Groß-Umstadt with about 30 foresters, engineers and technicians
Work groups with forestry experts
Support form about 1500 active and supporting members of the registered society KWF
The KWF is financed by the Federal Government and the Forest Services.
