It was 1974 when the Nardi brothers founded what has now become one of the leading producers of kiln dryers. The company’s continuous search for new solutions has been such as to let its timber kilns become an important and prominent reference point for the timber-drying sector.

Product diversification has led NARDI to enter new sectors, extending and completing its product range. Acquisition of the BAIONI and CIMAN marks further demonstrate the company’s belief in breaking through its own and similar markets: BAIONI is present in the wood working sector, completing the production process downstream, while CIMAN is builder of CNC machines for the production of aluminium components.

The desire for new challenges on other markets eventually led to the acquisition of ALKOM and NARDI ELETTRONICA. ALKOM is involved in the machining and welding of aluminium. NARDI ELETTRONICA applies the group’s most advanced technology to all those sectors where NARDI is present.

Finally in 2003, NARDI has introduced WOOD WASTE BOILERS in its range of products. The result of years of hard research, it enables our customers to select now the ideal solution in the design of their drykiln plants, contributing to save money in terms of energy costs but also in waste disposal, helping also to respect environmental law and regulations.
