The Plastic.o.rama Made in Brazil project topped off the cycle celebrating Melissa’s 25 years with 100 extremely creative professionals, who translate and interpret their visions and opinions based on a white model of Melissa Original 79. Every piece is unique. The project was made into an art exhibition and a book. On this 19th edition, when the Official Brazilian Fashion Calendar celebrates its 10th anniversary, Melissa presents seven different models originating from this project to distribute to the public. A new model for each day of the week will be drawn and delivered to 200 Lounge guests. The fact is that Melissa has come of age and is now a world citizen. From Brazil to the rest of the world, it projects creativity, sensuality, novelty, personality and movement. From the world, it has acquired the desire to innovate and the love of the unexpected in different cultures. Today, a Brazilian icon, Melissa, is present in boutiques of the international fashion circuit in more than 40 countries. Along with the Campana Sneaker, it arrived at Colette in a special edition, which is captivating European fashionistas. Customized by British stylist Judy Blame, Melissa Scarfun Boots are available at the super-trendy Dove Street Market, the London outlet for one of Planet Fashion´s top labels, Comme des Garçons. This is but the beginning of Melissa´s journey; as any world citizen, it longs to travel on and take in a lot more.
