Lea North America at Coverings Chicago
Made in Italy tiles: quality and finish

From 17 to 20 April 2007, Lea North America takes part to the main exhibition of the international ceramic range, presenting three collections which are the symbol of the made in Italy quality and innovation. Masterplan, Haute Couture and Progetto L14.

Three main collections characterized by innovative and high technological materials, which give guarantee for quality, functionality and endurance. These materials meet the most important requisites for the realisation of contemporary and elegant settings, without giving the renowned Italian Style up.

Such is the case of Masterplan, collection, which was developed to meet the demands of a residential sector, but not only, that does not want to give up the refinement of elegantly finished spaces. The large sizes, the soft yet textured surfaces, and the resistant materials of this collection make it possible to design and to plan new and sophisticated solutions that meet all throughout the most varied demands, thanks to a wide range of products including also mosaics, 3D “low wall” tiles and listels.

Haute Couture is the latest series by Lea North America, conceived as a covering and at the same time as a visible and sophisticated detail, expressing a refined yet never flaunted luxury; with its leather texture and neutral colours, it perfectly interprets the cutting-edge trends of design and furnishing.

At this edition of Coverings there is also the eclectic and colorful collection Progetto L14, which has abandoned the traditional concept of the tile to embrace geometric lines and large, brilliant single-tone surfaces, in which colour takes shape and becomes three dimensional in a play on bas-relief and refined compositions. Progetto L14 is total creativity and allows for the unique and fascinating customisation of one’s own living or working space.

MASTERPLAN_design: Research dept. Lea North America

The Masterplan collection has been developed by Lea North America to meet the demands of both the residential and building sectors, that do not want to give up the refinement of spaces that are finished in an elegant yet versatile manner.
The strong character of this series, which includes large sizes, soft yet textured surfaces and resistant materials, makes it possible to create new and sophisticated solutions that meet all throughout the most varied demands.
Available in black, dark brown, grey, hazel, light grey, ivory.
Sizes: 60x60 cm and 30x60 cm.


HAUTE COUTURE_design: Research dept. Lea North America

Haute Couture is the new collection by Lea North America, presented at Cersaie 2006. Made in lapped porcelain stoneware, Haute Couture simply and elegantly fits any type of environment thanks to its leather texture and its neutral colours, that adapt very well to the most varied furnishing styles. Perfectly in line with contemporary trends of design and furnishing, the collection is available in exclusive shades – noir, cafè, amande and blanc – and in the 60x60 cm and 30x60 cm sizes.


PROGETTO L14 _ design: arch. Gian Luca Soddu

With Progetto L14, shape and colour meet and give life to a new, heterogeneous and ever-evolving style. Thanks also to its new installation method, it creates a new approach to space, renovating the concept of ceramic tile covering. Progetto L14 can make the most out of all types of environments, even the most unusual ones places for ceramic tile coverings, like the living room or the bedrooms.
Available in 4 modular sizes (10x40, 10x20, 20x40, 20x20 cm), in the new 3x40 cm size and in 21 colours in either matt, glossy or X (extra) version, with 15 different types of decorations.
