HISTORY

Horno de San Juan started in a little pastry factory near Ceret (french Catalonia) in 1910. From that date on, the company starts an expansion process that keeps going on today.
That activity growth held the construction of a new company in Girona dedicated to the production of specialized pastry products. A production that short time after was enlarged with a new line of products.
Due to the rapid growth and expansion of the company, a new and modern production plant is created with great possibilities for our products.

Horno de San Juan is a brand of specialized pastry products and its range of products inspires confidence to consumers.
It is an only mark because it doesn’t only give a look of traditional and artisan products but also it transmits a big experience in the pastry world. Horno de San Juan is associated to the affective, close, familiar and artisan values.

The great moment in which the company stands cannot forget the hard work of its founders and the effort of the ones who came in after, together with a great professional team and workers arranged to give the best of themselves for a company that, in spite of modernizing itself with huge steps, it keeps the familiar and good nature base that it always wanted to keep.

The good acceptance of all range of Horno de San Juan’s products throughout the years, and since their beginning, motivate the incessant creation of new formulas for novel products that not only convince the most demanding tastes but also have a visual impact with their genuine packaging and boxes.

The destination market started as a local one, then it became national until specializing in exportation without forgetting the Spanish market. Nowadays, we emphasize the good results obtained with the familiar tarts in European and extra-communitarian countries and we don’t quit thanking the confidence had in our products throughout the years.

The familiar tarts are a range of four tarts, the cocoa flavour one, Catalan cream, lemon cream and natural apple. The new feature of this product lies in its practical packaging: you can open it and close it as many times as you want until the product is finished and keeping the freshness from the first day.
