CEFLA FINISHING
Cefla Finishing is world leader for finishing systems.
It supplies the most complete range of systems specifically designed to coat shaped panels and spray glue. The product range includes 7 different models of automatic sprayers, among which the Easy 2000, up to the highly performing “Spraybotic“ with 6 electronically controlled axes.
Any type of coating product can be thoroughly dried up thanks to a wide range of vertical and in-line ovens using hot air, infrared and ultraviolet rays.
Our extended line of products also includes a number of handling systems to meet any specific needs, and a great variety of control software options.
Moreover, Cefla Finishing is able to supply complete finishing lines for wood and plastic surfaces.

DELLE VEDOVE
Company Delle Vedove has been producing sanding machines and finishing lines for picture frames, profiles for furniture, doors and windows and for the building industry since 1963. At the end of 2005 it entered the Cefla Finishing Group.
The company has always been oriented towards a continuous research and constantly engaged in the development of new products, more competitive from all points of view, and of new technologies to meet the specific requirements of each customer. A result of this lasting work on research is the large range of products available, from sanding machines to spraying machines, UV and vacuum finishing plants for profiles and panel edges developed by the company in Pordenone as well as at its branch offices in Germany and in the USA.

DÜSPOHL
For more than 40 years the name Düspohl has been synonym for technology in the profile wrapping field. The German company, which entered Delle Vedove Group in 2002 and is now part of the Cefla Finishing Group, develops, designs and produces wrapping machines and lines.
Besides several patents obtained in the past years which certainly give a clear signal of a company devoted to continuous improvement and technological and design growth, the integration with the world of sanding and finishing has also given Düspohl the possibility to develop new products, to improve the existing ones and to strongly promote its image on the international market.

FALCIONI
Falcioni has been a company of Cefla Finishing Group since the Nineties. This allowed a great development of the internal know-how, in particular for coating machines and systems for windows and panels.
In fact, Falcioni has strongly characterized its production by specializing in the finishing lines for mounted and dismounted windows, in the automatic entry-level spraying and in the manual spraying for waterborne and solvent based products.

SORBINI
At the beginning of the Eighties, Sorbini becomes the first business partner of Cefla Finishing. Today, Sorbini fully meets every requirement concerning flat panels and flooring coating with a wide range of coating machines capable to carry out any technological cycle. The continuous technological evolution and the need to cut down the operating costs made Sorbini develop a number of printing machines and techniques that demand the adoption of environmentally friendly UV/waterborne inks. These innovative printing techniques can be used effectively to substitute for the reduced availability and the considerably increased cost of quality materials through "alternative" products such as fibers, MDF, chip board and PVC.

Out of the positive experience of the LAB in Imola, three other enterprises in Italy and the US have originated. In our LABs we develop the future of Cefla Finishing Group and its Customers. Over 100 machines available for the customers and the lacquer manufacturers make it possible to run whatever test on new finishing products, to prove industrially the solutions on market and to test new technologies from which the machines of tomorrow are developed.
The LAB in Imola, recognized by the “Ministry of University and of Scientific and Technological Research”, is the most state-of-the-art research centre in the wood finishing field.
