Casalba , located at the foot of the Sierra de la Demanda, is a small familiar industry that produces iberic sausages that join artisan flavors to last technology.
They elaborate iberic pork products as: cured ham: “jamón de jabugo, ibérico, de bellota, recebo”, spiced sausages, “caña de lomo” y “cerdo blanco”, and other specialities as “cecina de vaca”. In Casalba only the best raw materials are used, Premium meats, selected ingredients, natural “tripa” for loins and stuff. No artificial colorings nor additives are used. Smoked products have a special touch obtained with holm oak firewood in a tradicional chimney. The company has a APPCC System (Analysis and Control of Critical Points) and the iberic product is certified following the “Norma del Ibérico” by authorized auditor signature. Installations and procedures are approved by Sanitary Authorities to export to countries as Japan and Mexico. |
