Carnicas 7 Hermanos em Alimentaria Barcelona 2008
Cárnicas 7 Hermanos will be present in the upcoming edition of Alimentaria 2008 where they will present their last releases: Chopped Iberic Jam, Roast Iberic Shoulder and snack for the Horeca Channel.
The García Gomez family founded the company in 1970. In 1989 the new factory in Valmojado Toledo was inaugurated with and annual production capacity of 5.000.000 kg per year. Its production includes cooked products, sausages and cured jam. In year 2000 the company faced a huge challenge and enlarged its factory to a storage room of 600.000 jam pieces, applying innovative technology regarding SALT and cure procedures, guarantying quality and hygiene in all their products. Cárnicas 7 Hermanos applies communitarian standards regarding Nutritional Sanitation and Quality as well as the Guaranteed Technical Certification called ETG. Cárnicas 7 Hermanos is present in all Spanish provinces through agents and distributors, and has its own commercial network in Madrid and neighboring provinces. In 2002, they started exporting its products to Denmark, Switzerland, Germany, Holland, Japan, French Polynesia, Malta, Colombia and Australia.
