Agroindustrias Amazónicas S.A. it is the pioneering company in Peru in emphasizing the nourishing properties of the Inca Inchi seeds (Plukenetia Volúbilis Linnaeus) as best oily by its composition and heighten nourishing quality, for being consumed as oil, flour or simply the toasted seed as snack.

The Inca Inchi oil has high content of Omega 3 (more than 48%) and Omega 6 (36%). Its digestion is superior (more of 96%), antioxidation, vitamin A and alpha-tocoferol vitamin E.

Due to the importance that the Omega 3 has taken in health and feeding, and understanding the high value of Inca Inchi, the industrialist Jose Anaya Yábar founded the Agroindustrias Amazonicas and conceived the Proyecto Omega to promote and develop the investigation, culture, industry, trade and production of oils, proteins and bioactives of the Inca Inchi.

The Inca Inchi oil is excellent table oil, cherished in the fine gastronomy by its aroma, its freshness and its slight vegetal flavor.

It is a natural vegetal oil, not refined and with no additives. In the production process, the oil is extracted from selected seeds by cold mechanic pressed, which does not alter its nature or its quality, using adapted techniques and authorized by the nourishing production norms.

The oil and the protein of Inca Inchi have been presented in 3 world-wide high category events:

• June of 2004 in the Concurso Mundial de los Aceites at París, obtained the Gold medal.
  
• October of 2004 SIAL París, Inca Inchi was selected of the repertoire of International Tendences e Innovations of SIAL.
